I/We hereby apply to TOP PRINT CARTRIDGE for authorization to sell and market PRINT NICE branded compatible toner cartridges on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). I/We understand that submission of this application does not itself constitute authorization. Authorization shall be valid only after written approval is issued by TOP PRINT CARTRIDGE. I/We undertake to use the PRINT NICE brand name, product information, specifications, images, descriptions and authorization documents only for legitimate business purposes and as instructed by TOP PRINT CARTRIDGE. I/We shall not make any false, misleading or unauthorized representation regarding TOP PRINT CARTRIDGE, PRINT NICE, product specifications, origin, warranty, authorization or manufacturer status. I/We shall comply with applicable GeM terms, bid requirements, product specifications, statutory requirements and laws while offering PRINT NICE products on GeM. I/We shall not transfer, assign, sublicense or allow any third party to use the authorization issued to us without prior written approval from TOP PRINT CARTRIDGE. I/We acknowledge that pricing, billing, stock availability, specifications, warranty and other commercial terms shall be governed by the terms communicated / approved by TOP PRINT CARTRIDGE. All information and documents submitted are true, complete and correct to the best of my/our knowledge. TOP PRINT CARTRIDGE may verify the information before granting authorization.
